During this time of the virus outbreak The Tree Company would wish to remind our clients we are still open for business and that our works are external, therefore with appropriate distancing we have little capacity for transmission of the virus. We have set in place plans to attend sites with avoidance of contact and any communication pertaining to jobs can be undertaken over the phone or by email including payment, which can be made by card or transfer. If you are concerned about our estimators coming to your property, we can quote via Facetime or Skype or by visiting via side access.
The only exception being jobs where our staff would need to go through a client’s house due to access restrictions, in these instances we will call in advance to discuss mitigating risk of spreading by rescheduling the job or looking at specific methodology. We are following and monitoring all government guidelines pertaining to this outbreak.
